Alphard Solutions (“Alphard Solutions,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, processed, stored, and shared when you download, access, or use mobile applications developed or published by Alphard Solutions (collectively, the “Apps”).
This Privacy Policy applies to Alphard Solutions Apps made available on platforms including the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
The information processed by each App may vary depending on the App’s features, functionality, permissions, and third-party services. Not every category of information or permission described in this Privacy Policy applies to every App.
By using our Apps, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please discontinue use of the applicable App.
1. Information We May Collect or Process

We only process such information when it is necessary to provide the relevant feature or service.
Files, Photos, Media, and Documents
Certain Apps may allow you to select, create, scan, upload, edit, print, translate, process, or otherwise interact with files, photos, videos, audio, documents, or other content stored on your device.
Access to such content is requested only where necessary for the feature you choose to use.
Audio, Microphone, and Speech Data
Apps that provide voice, audio, recording, speech recognition, voice translation, or similar functionality may request access to your microphone and may process audio or recognized speech as necessary to provide those features.
Camera
Apps that include scanning, image capture, document capture, OCR, or similar functionality may request access to your device’s camera.
Contacts
Certain Apps may request access to contacts if contact-related functionality is a core part of the App. Contact access is used only for the functionality presented to you and subject to the permissions you grant.
Location Information
Some Apps may request approximate or precise location information when location is necessary for a feature offered by that App.
We request location permission only when applicable to the functionality of the specific App.

Depending on the App and services integrated into it, certain technical information may be collected or processed, such as:
- Device type and model;
- Operating system and version;

Not every App requests all of these permissions.
Where required by the operating system, permission will be requested before accessing the relevant device feature. You may deny or revoke permissions through your device settings, although doing so may prevent certain App features from functioning correctly.
4. Advertising
Some Alphard Solutions Apps may be supported by advertising.
Where advertising is included, third-party advertising providers may process certain device, advertising, usage, or interaction information to deliver, measure, limit, or improve advertisements, subject to applicable laws, platform requirements, user consent, and the provider’s privacy practices.
Some Apps may provide non-personalized advertising, while others may provide personalized advertising where permitted and where the required consent or authorization has been obtained.
Not all Alphard Solutions Apps contain advertising.
5. Analytics, Diagnostics, and Crash Reporting
Some Apps may use analytics, diagnostic, performance-monitoring, or crash-reporting services to help us understand App performance, identify technical problems, and improve reliability.
The information processed by these services depends on the service used and the configuration of the applicable App.
Not all Apps use analytics or crash-reporting services.
6. Third-Party Services
Our Apps may use third-party services or platform services to provide certain functionality.
These may include, depending on the App:

We encourage users to review the privacy policies of applicable third-party services.
7. Contact backup cloud Transfer
Contact Backup Cloud Transfer accesses your device contacts, with your permission, to provide contact backup, restore, transfer, duplicate detection, merging, and management features.
Backups may be stored locally on your device or, if you choose, in your own Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive account. Alphard Solutions does not operate a separate cloud server to store your contact backups.
For Google Drive, the App uses the drive.file permission to access files created or opened by the App for backup and restore functionality. The App’s use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google Drive and OneDrive are optional. You may revoke access through your Google or Microsoft account settings and manage or delete your backup files directly from your respective cloud account.
Contact Backup Cloud Transfer does not contain advertising and does not use the Google Advertising ID for advertising purposes.
8. Data Storage and Retention
Some information, such as preferences, settings, history, notes, or other App-generated content, may be stored locally on your device.
Other information may be transmitted to or processed by our service providers when required to provide a particular feature.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was processed, to provide the applicable service, or to satisfy legal, security, or regulatory requirements.
The storage and retention practices may vary between Apps depending on their functionality.
